Unlimi-Tech Software, the pioneer in accelerated file transfers and the creator of FileCatalyst, the world’s leading accelerated file transfer solution, is pleased to announce the selection of its software by ioGates, a leading cloud based video management provider.
ioGates selected and deployed FileCatalyst Direct to allow users to quickly and simply upload and download content to and from the cloud. To enable easy and quick media file transfers, ioGates paired the FileCatalyst Direct Server along with FileCatalyst Java applets as a client side file transfer option. This allowed users into their accounts and select files they wish to upload or download at accelerated speeds, without leaving the browser.
“FileCatalyst software made the upload and download of digital content a quick and simple step in our customers’ workflows,” says Tobias Steinmann, ioGates Chief Technical Officer. “Just as easy was the integration of FileCatalyst software into our own system – FileCatalyst takes the work out of file transfers to allow us to focus on the core aspects of our business.”
“ioGates is a well known and robust media asset management tool,” says Alan, VP of Business Development at Unlimi-Tech Software, Inc. “We are pleased to add another layer of value to its offering with our accelerated and managed file transfer platform.”
FileCatalyst will be demonstrating its accelerated and managed file transfers solution at the upcoming IBC2013 Exhibition at the RAI Amsterdam taking place from September 13 to 17 at stand 7.H40.
